Saayyiid Ahamed began his real estate journey at an unusually young age. Growing up in Bengaluru, he was exposed to property as early as eight, assisting local agents with viewings. By twelve, he was already selling products at school, learning early lessons in sales and negotiation.

At fifteen, Saayyiid started freelancing as a property agent, building contacts and generating leads independently. By eighteen, he formally entered the industry through tele-calling, later progressing to on-site meetings, client negotiations, and closing new development deals.

Alongside real estate, he pursued sound engineering and became a professional at nineteen, working on Foley recording for major studios including Lahari Music and Akash Audio. He contributed to large-scale productions such as KGF: Chapter 1 and KGF: Chapter 2. A lifelong metalhead, he also gained extensive live sound experience, traveling across India and working on major music festivals including Sunburn, NH7 Weekender, VH1 Supersonic, Lollapalooza India, and Echoes of Earth.

He later worked with leading developers in India and the UAE, including Prestige Group, Sobha, Brigade Group, Embassy Group, Emaar, Nakheel, Meraas, and DAMAC.

Today, Saayyiid specializes in commercial real estate, focusing on leasing, sales, and property management of warehouses, labour camps, retail spaces, office spaces, and staff accommodation.

In 2023, he joined DESEAR as its first official employee, assigned Badge Number 1, reflecting his role in building the company from the ground up.
